Junior Business Developer:

Responsibilities:

  • To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

  • Sell Services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

  • Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goal.

  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.

  • Track sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.

  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field

  • 6 Months to 1 year of sales experience

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Well appearance with good manners

  • Talkative with strong communication skills
